About the Role: This is a long-term hands-on manufacturing position supporting the production of high-quality rubber and plastic products. Full training will be provided for the right candidate. Key Duties include: Operating and monitoring production machinery Using hand tools and assisting with sanding, spray painting, and product finishing Conducting quality checks and maintaining production records Loading materials and preparing finished products for dispatch Following workplace safety procedures and supporting daily production targets What We're Looking For: Experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or a similar environment is highly regarded Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, or working in a spray booth environment Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting (up to 30kg) Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining excellent attendance Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills APPLY NOW!
